Do not use:

Directions

Adults 18 years, of age and over: Take 1 capsule daily for at least 7 days and up to 14 days.

Swallow the capsule whole with water, with or without food.

Do not crush, chew or open. The contents should be swallowed completely. Not drinking large amounts of water can cause dizziness.

Do not take if allergic to or had previous stomach ulcers.

Directions for Adults Age 18+:Swallow 1 capsule with glass of water before eating in the morning. Take 1 capsule per day for 14 days. May take 1 to 4 days for full effect. Do not take for more than 14 days or more often than ever 4 months, unless directed by physician.
